Alesha Dixon Roobarb & Custard PDSA
Release date: Tuesday, February 15 2011

Bulldog links classic brand with animal charity; Strictly Come Dancing judge lends support.

Bulldog Licensing is aligning the classic Roobarb and Custard brand with animal charity PDSA – and has also enlisted the support of Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon to model the new tees.

The ‘I Love Dogs’ and ‘I Love Cats’ t-shirts will be available in two colours for both men and women. Produced by Poetic Gem, a percentage of every sale will go towards the PDSA, which provides medical care for over 400,000 pets each year and is currently raising funds to build three new pet hospitals.

The PDSA designs join Poetic Gem’s existing Roobarb and Custard collection which is currently performing well at retail.

“Roobarb and Custard and the PDSA is the absolute perfect match,” says Bulldog MD, Rob Corney. “The t-shirts look fantastic and are sure to go down a storm at retail.”
